>Our Holiday Plans

>

Honey had to work today, so we didn’t make any elaborate plans. However, he did get off early, so we’re going to watch some movies. He’s wanted to see Alice in Wonderland since it came out. So, we’re going to watch Alice.

I’m a Denzel fan and I’ve wanted to see the Book of Eli since…yeah, since it came out. We’re watching this one, too.

Tomorrow, we’ll probably go to the Asheboro Zoo. At the time of its creation, it was one of the largest of its kind in the world. It is still.

So, I’ll have to don my most comfy walking shoes, find a hat, buy lots of batteries and take both memory cards. There is so much to see! Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend!

About CuriousCat

I love to learn new things-anything from how to create a junk journal to the way light moves through space; why cats present their behinds to us to the effects of chemicals on our endocrine system. If it interests me, I can spend hours reading and learning about it.

  1. >It sounds like you have great plans for the weekend. Enjoy them all. Have a great day. Blessings…Mary

  2. >…both movies are fantastic! As you said, anything starring Denzel is worth viewing, and while Alice has never been one of my favorite Disney characters, this eye-opening version won me over. Kids loved it. Enjoy your day:)

  3. >*Mary-thank you!*Elliot-this Alice was definitely different and I really liked it!

  4. >Since I 'obviously' read your posts on Saturdays…and I read them 'backwards'…from newest to oldest…sounds like plans work out for you about the same way they work out for me.Heck…I have a hard time even planning certain paintings…seems like something always comes along to "change" them.

  5. >*Charlene-ain't it funny that way? 🙂
